How to contact usThis Privacy Policy explains how Luixifer LLC ("Luixifer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit luixifer.com, contact us, or engage us for services. We have written it to be read, not skimmed past — it is short in places because we deliberately collect very little.
1. Who we are
Luixifer LLC is a performance marketing agency organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. We provide paid-media management, advertising creative, analytics and conversion-optimization services to e-commerce businesses.
For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Luixifer LLC is the controller of personal information collected through this website, and generally acts as a processor / service provider with respect to personal information we handle on behalf of clients (see Section 7).
- Legal entity: Luixifer LLC (Colorado, United States)
- Email: support@luixifer.com
- Phone: +1 (229) 517-7880
2. Scope
This policy covers personal information processed through the luixifer.com website and in the course of our sales and client relationships. It does not cover the websites, apps or advertising platforms of third parties (such as Meta, Google or TikTok), which are governed by their own privacy policies, even where we configure campaigns on those platforms for clients.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide to us
- Inquiry details. When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, email address, brand or store URL, the service and ad-spend range you select, and the content of your message.
- Business relationship details. If you become a client, we collect the information reasonably needed to run the engagement: names and contact details of your team, billing details, and the accounts, assets and credentials you authorize us to access.
- Communications. Records of correspondence with us, including email and call notes, so we can honor what was agreed.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our web server records standard access logs: IP address, requested page, date and time, referring URL and browser user-agent. We use these solely for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
- No tracking cookies. This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use session-replay tools. See Section 5.
3.3 Information we do not collect
We do not collect government identifiers, payment-card numbers through this website, precise geolocation, biometric data, or any category of sensitive personal information from website visitors. We do not buy personal data from data brokers, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
4. How we use information
| Purpose | Examples | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to you | Replying to inquiries; scheduling calls; preparing audits and proposals | Legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract |
| Providing services | Running engagements; billing; reporting; support | Performance of a contract |
| Security & operations | Log review; abuse and spam prevention; debugging | Legitimate interest |
| Legal compliance | Tax and accounting records; responding to lawful requests | Legal obligation |
We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, we do not send cold marketing email lists, and we never use inquiry data for any purpose other than dealing with the inquiry itself.
5. Cookies & analytics
luixifer.com sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The only client-side storage we use is a single first-party sessionStorage flag that remembers, for the duration of your browser session, whether you have already seen our homepage loading animation. It contains no identifier and is deleted when you close the tab.
If we adopt analytics, we use privacy-respecting, cookie-free measurement that reports aggregate page counts and cannot identify individual visitors. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of delivering font files; Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.
Because we do not track visitors across sites, this website does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals — there is no tracking to turn off.
6. When we share information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances, and never for money:
- Service providers. Vendors who help us run the business — website hosting, email, accounting and invoicing — under terms limiting their use of the data to providing the service to us.
- Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants and insurers, where reasonably necessary and under duties of confidentiality.
- Legal reasons. Where required by law, subpoena or court order, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of any person.
- Business transfers. If Luixifer LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy's commitments.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
7. Client & campaign data
When providing services, we routinely handle data belonging to our clients and their customers — for example pixel and conversion-API event data, customer lists used for ad audiences, and analytics records. For that data:
- We act on the client's documented instructions as a processor / service provider, under a services agreement (and, where required, a data-processing addendum).
- Client customer data is used solely to provide the contracted services — configuring, measuring and optimizing that client's advertising — never for our own purposes, never across clients, and never for sale.
- Ad accounts, pixels, audiences and analytics properties are held in the client's own name; our access is removed when an engagement ends.
- Individuals whose data is included in a client's campaign data should direct privacy requests to that client (the controller); we assist our clients in fulfilling such requests.
8. International transfers
We are a U.S. company and process information in the United States. If you access this website from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules than your jurisdiction. Where we process EEA or UK personal data subject to the GDPR, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
9. Retention
| Data | Kept for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact-form inquiries | Up to 24 months | So we can pick a conversation back up; deleted earlier on request |
| Server access logs | Up to 90 days | Security monitoring; rotated automatically |
| Client engagement records | Engagement + 7 years | Tax, accounting and legal record-keeping obligations |
| Client campaign data | Duration of engagement | Held in client-owned accounts; our access ends with the engagement |
10. Security
We apply administrative and technical safeguards proportionate to the small amount of data we hold: the site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS); form submissions are stored on access-controlled infrastructure we operate; credentials are managed with multi-factor authentication and least-privilege access; and client platform access is granted through the platforms' own permission systems rather than shared passwords wherever possible.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
11. Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can always ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information, subject to legal retention obligations; and
- stop contacting you.
Send requests to support@luixifer.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We respond within 30 days (or any shorter period required by law), and we will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request; we will only ask for what is necessary to do so.
12. Additional rights for U.S. state residents
If you reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have specific statutory rights, including the rights to know, access, correct, delete and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and the right to opt out of sales, sharing and targeted advertising.
California residents: the categories of personal information we have collected in the last 12 months are identifiers (name, email, IP address) and, for clients, professional information and commercial records. Sources, purposes and disclosures are as described in Sections 3–6. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; Colorado and certain other state residents may also contact their state Attorney General.
13. Visitors from the EEA & UK
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are listed in Section 4. You additionally have the rights to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Providing personal information to us is never a statutory requirement; it is needed only to respond to you or to perform a contract with you.
14. Children
Our services are provided to businesses, and this website is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age of consent where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
15. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will update the dates at the top of this page and, for material changes, post a plain-language note here describing what changed. Archived versions are available on request. Your continued use of the website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
